Well, we now have a Playstation 2. Billy lent us the money to buy it while it was on uber-sale with Guitar Hero III. So, we've got those, yay! And while we were at the library, I noticed that they had a video game section... including Katamari Damacy. WHOOOOO! *Grins* Rented that (two bucks for a week, not bad at all), and am now letting Lir play. She didn't believe me when I assured her that it was pure amazing crack, but she's hooked now. I'm sitting here listening to her randomly shout "I've got parsley!" and "Ooh, a bird!" It's pretty damned hilarious. |

I have a job! Whoot!
Unfortunately, they don't have enough work to train me on, so I can't start right away. But I am hired, and they're going to start me as soon as possible. |

MY LAPTOP IS FIXED!
*dances*
At least Dad says it is, and it seemed to be working. Have to plug it in and boot it up.
And it now has a CD burner that should actually burn CDs. Whoot! And... it reads DVDs! I don't think the laptop has enough memory to actually play a DVD, but who knows?
YAAAAAAAAY, laptop! Yaaaaaaaaay, no more balancing a keyboard on my knees! Yaaaaaaaaay, being able to type when I go to write ins for NaNoWriMo! |

My laptop is fixed!
I love my dad. He can be an ass, yeah, but... dude, no one fixes a computer better than him.
Of course, I like to say that the reason it broke is that Dad built it, but that's just truth me being mean. |
